Did your upline tell you to write down a 100 people’s names and get to work? What else did your sponsors tell you? Does it makes it hard to believe that your business is at the heart of your upline when marketed this way?
When I got started in my MLM, I was told to use the proven offline methods. People told me to talk to at least 100 people I knew who wanted an extra income.
I was unprepared with the phone hangups and rejection. Many say it’s a business of sharing instead of selling but no one is buying?
When I was officially shunned by everyone that I knew, all my upline told me that I didn’t have a strong enough “why” for the business. I figured having a good reason to work the business would be enough to win. My reason for working was not in question, it was my method or my “how” which was. I came to the realization and where I found my “how” to build my business.
The “how” was revealed to me in a marketing system branded to me. The are a ton of them existing. Many claim they can increase your hits and drive massive traffic to your website.
Getting quality traffic is what you want? Does this look like laser targeted traffic? Leads in themselves are nothing more than data and not essentially useful. Nothing is created equal and that also applies to leads. Laser targeted leads paired with a marketing system will have your traffic sign up for your information is key. Leads are the core to most online network marketing business. Having more than you can handle is essential.
Effective marketing doesn’t need thousands of dollars to work. The idea is repeatability. Follow one that is generic enough to use and won’t interfere with your current home business. Part of the system is to capture sales and information automatically. The total system should help a distributor attract, capture, and provide service.
